as other movements also are realizing (Venus Project\Zeitgeist Movement for example).
It is time that we begin to work in the direction of the reduction of the stress for the people, improving the culture and the use of technology that should be used for the advantage of all mankind.
The technological unemployment is going to exponentially increase as we started to automatize also the services and Tertiary sector in general.
This process can be used to free humanity from obligation for repetitive and demotivating jobs (many of the jobs we work with can be considered nearly imposed upon us and often are actually irrelevant for the interests of the society as a whole while they are actually “wasting” real resources that could be managed in a better way or for more constructive activities).
Allowing people to actually focus on what they feel interest for (research, social networks, cultural self-cultivation) and maximizing efficiency and automation through the emerging cybernetic technologies, nanotechnologies, AI and so on: we can shift our social paradigm to a better one where no one must work, but will feel free to contribute for the betterment of society enjoying the fruits of his work shared with the rest of society.
In a society where “competition” is not rewarded, we'll witness the maximization of the positive and constructive thinking and a total change in the behavior of people that appears to me and many other scientists: tends naturally towards sharing of values and thoughts and enjoy contributing to society and the people they live with (there probably lies true satisfaction and happiness in my opinion).
